Some of the world’s top squash players were competing in Redwood City on Thursday.
Squash is a fast-paced racket sport making its Olympic debut at the 2028 games in LA.
It’s played by two singles or four players in sets of doubles on an enclosed four-walled court with a small, using a hollow rubber ball.
The quarterfinals at the “Silicon Valley Open”, a pro squash tournament, were held on Thursday. 48 of the world’s top squash players are competing for a $260,000 grand prize.
The finals are on Saturday.
