A girl was seriously hurt when she was hit by a car on Columbia Road in Dorchester Tuesday night.
A car was seen with a shattered windshield and damage to the hood.
The woman was rushed to a local hosptal with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the driver remained on scene.
